We’re proud of our team’s diversity. We are a female founded, chaired and managed organisation. Our team members come from over 25 different countries and faith groups. We range in age from 16-65. We’re rainbow coloured with team members across the whole LGBTQIA+ spectrum. We have a myriad of backgrounds which range from hospitality, horticulture, science, psychology, finance, research, academia, and the arts.

Our team has four key traits:
