The historic Cromwell Manor built in the 1860s is STREAT’s flagship cafe and headquarters in Collingwood. The Manor has an amazing contemporary design by Six Degrees Architects with its ground floor incorporating the history of our building with sleek, modern design resulting in a striking, unforgettable venue for a variety of events and celebrations.
The spaces available for room hire fall into two categories:
Conferences and workshops
Studio space and board room available
Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm
Entire venue hire, cocktail functions, weddings, private parties
Available Monday to Saturday from 6pm – 11.30pm
Board Room
An airy, first floor room that showcases the beautiful design and history of the Manor. Overlooking STREAT’s cafe and garden, the room is frequently used for meetings and strategic planning sessions. Enjoy in-house catering while you work through lunch or take a break and indulge in our delicious a-la-carte menu downstairs in the Cromwell St cafe.

Up to 8 hrs $600 (ex GST)

Studio
STREAT’s casual youth classroom can be configured in a multitude of ways for seminars, workshops or training. With its accompanying long balcony overlooking the garden, the largest of our spaces has flexibility along with a perfect breakout space for morning or afternoon teas or lunch on sunny days.

Cromwell Manor (ENTIRE SPACE)
Encompassing both the Cafe Atrium and the Cafe Hall, the Manor can transform to host a stylish stand up cocktail function. With plenty of natural light and beautiful views of our courtyard oasis the inside/outside lines are blurred in this special ground floor location. Cafe Atrium
Located at the front of our heritage Manor, this space can accommodate intimate gatherings amid exposed brick walls and generous greenery. With views of our courtyard and bakery this stunning space is perfect for smaller canape events. NB. This space can be booked during the day however is not private.

Cafe Hall
Step out of industrial Collingwood into the heart of our Manor which overlooks our lush courtyard garden. Start your evening with a glass of bubbles in the garden before moving into this flexible space which can host a cocktail event or transform into a vibrant function room with live music.
