Chickpea, lentil and spinach wrap

The lentil and chickpea wrap has some of the more mild flavours of Indian cuisine. It’s baked in a warm tortilla, evoking Indian dal, or lentil curry, which is normally eaten with roti. This vegetarian dish is not spicy and perfect for those looking for a filling feed on their way about Melbourne.

Eggplant and zucchini Thai curry

This modern take on a Thai curry combines the spiciness of traditional Thai cuisine with a mitigating sweet flavor. Eggplant and zucchini are combined with a tomato and coconut base to make a warm winter food.

Hearty soup and crusty bread

A very popular item on our winter menu has been our selection of hearty soups, served with a crustry bread roll. Our soup menu changes daily so look our for what's on our blackboard. Some favourite soups we've served so far are a Spicy leek and sweet potato soup, a Thai pumpkin soup, and a Moroccan tomato. There's nothing like a good cup of soup as you go by Fed Square on a windy day.

Jamaican chicken wrap

Jerk marinade is a combination of African and native Jamaican cooking techniques utilising a traditional spice rub and BBQ style method of cooking. A combination of spices such as cloves, nutmeg and allspice are use in our chicken marinade, the tender pieces of chicken are served on a warm tortilla wrap with a delicious salsa of pineapple, onion, coriander, mint and just a hint of chilli.
